Meet our team

Norys Nodarse, Founder/CEO

Over the course of two decades, Norys has embodied the founding vision and objectives of the organization as its steadfast CEO. In her role, she has been responsible for making key corporate decisions, overseeing the entirety of operations and resources, and guiding the organization's expansion. Throughout her tenure, she has successfully maintained the organization's familial roots and unwavering dedication to excellence. Norys' leadership has not only driven the organization's growth but has also upheld its core values, ensuring that it continues to thrive while staying true to its original mission and principles.

Yoana Gonzalez, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

In her capacity as the Home Health Nurse Supervisor and Alternative Administrator, Yoana plays an integral role in managing the operational aspects of the organization. She implements a diverse range of methods and protocols aimed at ensuring seamless operations and compliance with regulatory standards. Yoana maintains the organization's efficiency and adherence to industry guidelines. Yoana's leadership and dedication to operational excellence are instrumental in driving the organization's success and maintaining its commitment to providing exceptional care.

Jany Lazo, Administrative Assistant

Previously, Jany served as the manager responsible for overseeing the Long-Term Care (LTC), Waiver, and Under-21 departments, where she ensured the seamless coordination of care for our clients in the community for almost 10 years. Her outstanding leadership exemplified a strong commitment to excellence, fostering a supportive and client-centered approach that prioritized the best interests of those under her care. In her new role, Jany will continue to leverage her extensive experience and dedication to enhance our operations and support our mission. We are thrilled to have her on our team in this capacity!

Anays Rodriguez, Human Resources Supervisor

Anays navigates the recruitment process strategically to propel the company forward. Her proactive leadership and commitment to HR excellence are instrumental in driving the organization towards its objectives and fostering a vibrant and engaged workforce.

Laura Lopez, Clinical Documentation Specialist

With a Master of Science degree in Developmental Disabilities, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Laura brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Previously, she led the ABA Admissions team, where she excelled in strategizing, implementing, and optimizing processes to evaluate and enroll clients. Her dedication ensured a seamless and positive experience for clients, caregivers, and providers alike. Now, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Laura will focus on enhancing our clinical documentation practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance while continuing to advocate for the best interests of those we serve. We are excited to have her on board in this vital role!

Jesymar Bravo, Admissions Supervisor

Jessy plays a crucial part in facilitating the admission process with a strong focus on collaboration. She expertly manages inquiries, provides essential assistance, and offers unwavering support to prospective clients and their caregivers throughout their enrollment journey. Jessy's exceptional charisma and nurturing attitude created a welcoming and reassuring environment, fostering trust and confidence in our organization's services. Her warm and empathetic approach not only eased the admission process but also established meaningful connections that enhanced the overall experience for families entering the program and their providers. As the Admissions Supervisor, Jessy will continue to lead with compassion and dedication, ensuring that every family feels supported and valued.
